Siegel Select - Las Vegas Blvd

I stayed at this property from November 27th to November 28th and there are so many amazing things I have to say, my husband and I stayed here, and we were immediately greeted by the wonderful Jahon, who made the entire stay even better than what we initially thought. The room was amazing. The bedroom was clean and really comfortable. The location was amazing as well. The mall is right across the street. Made all of our shopping and wondrous needs met. But I really want to go in deeper about Jahon's customer service. The moment we walked in. We were greeted with the utmost and best customer service we’ve ever seen in all of our time here in Vegas. My room is spacious! It combines living room and kitchen into a huge room. It is clean and super comfortable. Be aware that the front desk close at 7 p.m. We arrived at 21:30, and waited for 50 minutes for the security person to check us in. He is kind and efficient. I will stay here again if ever I will go to Las Vegas.

There are some very bad reviews on here but I am being honest about my experience, check in was quick and easy, staff very friendly and helpful, only people I saw hanging around at night were residents of the hotel smoking, there was a smell of cannabis in corridor but not in the room, the room is basic bed I found very comfortable and the kitchen is ok, the room was clean, we lost hot water one evening but back on next day, it's a budget hotel so get what you pay for I wasn't disappointed, didn't use the pool but it looked clean. I brought someone here who was in a wheelchair! At first I was worried but maintenance and the staff have been so accommodating! They have went out their way to be helpful! I would recommend and have already recommended this seigal suites on warm springs! Thank you!

Tracy the property manager is wonderful she keeps the property in great shape. She really runs this place like a five-star hotel. She gets the whole building involved in activities which is great it really gives you the apartment feel. She's also great at keeping all the riff Raff on and around this building overall 5 out of 5 stars.
