Siegel Select - Casa Grande

I'm an older veteran. I've stayed at seigel select in casa grande, AZ. for the past month. My stay here has been great. I feel very safe here. Everything in my room works great. My neighbors have been very respectful. The ladies at the front desk have always been very accommodating. Stella, has always been positive and willing to help. Thank you for making my stay a wonderful experience.

Positive: The security night shift guy was amazing. He was kind and helpful. Negative: The front desk gal was extremely rude and the front desk closes at 8 pm. The pool closes at 8 pm which is too early. The key cards were a joke and demagnetized too easy and the room smelt like mildew. This was an awful stay for the price.

This is an extended stay place. 400 units, 340 are extended stay, 60 tagged "hotel."||The Hotel rate was very reasonable $141 after taxes for the night.||||My Experience:||||CON: ||Could not have melted ice off the Clerk's face, she seemed irritated because of asking some questions, and that I was wasting her time, a "sour pus" for sure.||I asked for a 1st floor room (if at all possible) because of back issues (multiple surgeries.)||All I got was a "nope, you'll be on the 2nd floor, and there is an elevator to help you." Ok fine. I booked for the next night in case of needing a place to stay, and was told after asking, "if you check out before 11am tomorrow, you will be recredited one night's stay on your CC."||||There were no signs pointing towards an elevator. was hard to find, had prof

If I could give a less then 1 star review I would. Desk attendant said beds were queen. They are not. Booked for 2 adults 1 small child, was not told rooms only have 1 bed, with no option for a cot or anything for our child. The floors were filthy! Like white socks black within a few steps. Built up and noticable grime along wall. Table was filthy as well. There is a small kitchenette but no kitchen utensils or anything to use in the kitchenette. Would not recommend!

When I arrived front desk staff were very helpful and kind. They made move in process smooth. My room is a little outdated but for the price its good. The room was kind of dirty when I moved in… crumbs on counter, dust on tables and shelves, and hair in the shower. Close to many food and shopping locations.
