Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites

This has been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the area oa quiet and most importantly safe feeling. We brought along two lively kiddos and the staff members at breakfast check in same checkout have been nothing but kind and curious. They assisted when we needed to extended our stay and had gone out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Thanks Tina and Audrey and those whose names I didn’t catch. 10/10. We’ll be back!

Pleasantly surprised! This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Best Western had never been on my radar when searching for a hotel to stay in on any of my stays across the country. But after this stay it will be my top pick! As you will read in all of the reviews, it is an absolutely beautiful clean hotel with floor to ceiling windows in the lobby/breakfast area allowing natural lighting to fill the room. The decor is very chic and modern. I love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked the Two Bedrooms | Suite - 1 King 2 Queen Beds room. The room is so nice! You walk in to a small hall towards the main room with a king bed, desk, fridge, microwave, TV and teal couch against a plum colored wall. The couches in the hotel are super cute because someone does design

The rooms are ok. Staff dose a good job cleaning but the walls paint jobs are showing their age. The beds are clean but the pillows are pretty bad in comfort. The staff is friendly and nice but it's a pain to get my bill at the end of it. Sadly no contact solution or cases available to buy from the front desk. Washers need coins to operate. Not my favorite hotel but compared to most of the other options in Casa Grande it's decent.

We have found our hotel for stays in Casa Grande. The staff was great-going out of their way to make us welcome and our stay excellent. The room and beds were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with good choices both hot and cold. We even got a discount at the Texas Roadhouse right across the parking lot by showing them our room key. We will be back.
