Sidney James Mountain Lodge - Downtown Gatlinburg

We had a great time. We will definitely be returning. From the pool side cafe to the river out back it was so beautiful and a great experience. The king suite with the Jacuzzi tub & fire place is the right choice. Our whole trip was relaxing and well spent. We thank Yu guys so much. Can't wait to book the next stay.

Wow!!! This was our first time at the Sidney James and we were so pleased. We loved our fireplace, jacuzzi and balcony over the creek. It was in a very good location to downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were very clean and all ice machines, vending and laundry areas worked well. The parking was also great. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for making our trip a great one!!

Not fancy but very accommodating. The pool area was the best part, very family friendly! Location was the second best attribute. Rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. It was very adorable as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The hotel isn’t a high frills, fancy hotel, but it is perfect for us. The room was a little dated, but it was clean and the bed comfortable. It is within walking distance of the strip, although the trip back is uphill. There is a trolley stop at the hotel so it mitigates the walk. The pool is nice and they have a nice little cafe. I would definitely recommend them.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed At a lot and this is hands-down one of the best hotels from their indoor pool to their outdoor pool with their beautiful waterfall that you get to enjoy the delicious food from the café the great customer service that they have they are very helpful and very wonderful they definitely took care of us and went above and beyond. We will definitely stay back here again and we will be coming back very soon to enjoy the indoor pool the great customer service with a beautiful waterfall and this time we are bringing family back with us! If you’re looking for a great stay in Gatlinburg Tennessee this is the perfect place for you very beautiful sightseeing you could look out your balcony And see the beautiful river flowing very
