Shilo Inns Grants Pass

Rooms are comfortable with AC and heating. The staff is friendly. Good maid service. Card keys for the doors are convenient. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly. The WiFi was not great. I kept getting disconnected. There was no Ethernet to use as a backup. The TV channels provided were great. The TV itself needs an upgrade.

We stopped here because we were driving and needed a place to sleep. It was memorial day weekend and they were the only place with a vacancy. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't avail ourselves of the free continental breakfast. We were told there were pet friendly rooms available, but we didn't bring our dog with us on this trip. All in all it was a good place for us.

I've stayed at several Shilo Inns. This was no regular Shilo. At first they didn't want to honor the online price then gave the dungeon room, TV didn't work right, no cell phone reception. Had to run from room to room to communicate like the "olden days". It was very clean. The front desk people were very nice. It was the owner who wanted to be a stinker and did the messing with us. We stayed 1 night. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were here clean. Towels fresh. Slept good. Good continital breakfast.

Friendly staff, ok hotel. Could use more maintenance however it appears they are continuing renovations. Some floor plan issues such as a toilet that is way too close to the wall with the toilet paper holder sticking out in your path of sitting down. Overall decent place. I did have an issue with the linen cleanliness which at first I thought they had bit been changed but could be a laundry issue? New linens were brought right up as I had a late check-in. I will give it another chance just based on the people I interacted with.

Fairly nice rooms and updated lobby. The pool and hot tub are nicely maintained and refreshing. I found the hotel to be loud though. I could hear noise from the lobby and outside quite loudly at all hours. One early morning another guest thought it would be a good idea to walk back and forth in the hallway with their crying baby. It was very loud and disturbing. Overall it's a great hotel and I'd stay there again.
