I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Orlando North Hotel, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the lobby, everything felt polished, clean, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels both professional and cozy at the same time. But the real highlight of my stay was breakfast — and especially Sony. He is absolutely amazing. Attentive, warm, and genuinely kind, he made the entire morning feel special. Positive: Location Negative: The charge for parking is exorbitant. The rooms need some serious help. The grout in the bath was different colors, never completely repaired, very slow water pressure in the shower, housekeeping ignored the Do Not Disturb on the morning of checkout,

We had our wedding here, and would recommend it for others. The staff are all very willing to help. From our first interaction with sales, AJ, she was knowledgeable and hospitable. She showed us the possibilities with all the hotel offerings. To operations, Andrea, she was thoughtful and hard working. She helped us through the planning and preparation process, then handled the day of coordination. She and our wedding coordinator were a dynamic duo, that completely handled the day and allowed my wife and I to fully enjoy. All the hotel staff was great. Everyone made us feel welcomed and showed excitement for our event. IF YOU CHECK MY MANY REVIEWS, you'll see that I tend to only rate establishments that I like. I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews. BUT, this info needs to be shared as this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. This hotel is ABSOLUTELY SUFFERING FROM MOISTURE ISSUES. CHECK THE PHOTOS... I was given room #490 for a stay from January 22nd until January 25th. This room had active BLACK MOLD in the bathroom in several spots. The bathroom also had a parade of ANTS in two directions along the base of the bathroom door. The main entrance to the room had winged bugs and mold. I mentioned this in the morning when I discovered all of these issue. I asked to speak to a manager on 3 seperate occasions throughout the day. Our group had 50 rooms as we were there for a soccer tournament. In between games
