Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel

Great hotel for the cost and location. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The bus and ferry are located just a minute or two from the hotel lobby. We stayed in a king room with a SPECTACULAR view of the NYC skyline. Hotel restaurant has a nice happy hour, delicious food and unlimited coffee in the morning for a small fee. 100% recommend.

First time staying in New Jersey, great location opposite ferry terminal however noisy. The best thing was the view over the city, great sunrise and watching lights go, even watched fireworks 2 nights. Second best thing was good size room, big bed and sofa.Sadly the bathroom had shower over tub very poor water flow, tub not deeper enough, asked reception if we could change room as staying 7 nights need separate shower and bath was told would not get any view, I asked if could see room so I could make sure shower better than one had was told NO. Other disappointing things - light switch on wall when enter not work, had to go round turning lamps on individually also next to bed no control switch had to turn on quite tricky, also no plugs or charging next to bed had to charge phone across roo

Pros: great view of skyline from room and grounds. Water taxi adjacent as well as a few nice restaurants within walking distance. A quick Uber through the Lincoln tunnel and you're in the city. Some staff seemed genuinely nice. Beds were ok, separate sitting area, fridge in room and convenience items and microwave in lobby. The on site restaurant/bar was decent.||Cons: dated. The room fragrance was overwhelming and was used to probably to mask what other reviewers describe as old, musty, etc. I asked for a late checkout and was accommdated for 30 minutes. Ok fine, and I was appreciative. The scruffy clerk, Roy, could have smiled or seemed glad to have my business but oh well.

The location is absolutely fantastic. In the evenings, it’s incredible to watch the stunning New York skyline right from your room, and waking up in the morning to the same city view is wonderful. The room was comfortable. It’s also very convenient for getting to New York—only 10 minutes by ferry or 20 minutes by bus. Room rates are quite reasonable compared to New York itself. However, the only major downside is that the hotel is extremely old. Sheraton is always a preferred brand for its reputation, but a hotel in such a prime location definitely needs renovation and should offer much better service. We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made it easy to relax while traveling. What truly stood out was how respectful and accommodating they were of my service dog. Not only was she treated appropriately and without question, but they went above and beyond to make her and I feel welcome. It’s rare to find a hotel that is both genuinely service-dog friendly and thoughtful in how they interact with you. We felt respected, comfortable, and truly cared for.
