Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel

The location is phenomenal, so convenient. The Texrail from the airport is around the corner costing only $2 each way. The complimentary blue bus stops out front and also the orange bus is only $2 directly to the Stockyards. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant on-site does a great buffet breakfast and the dinner menu is pretty solid. I also liked the coffee bar in the morning that serves Starbucks. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptional, from front desk agents to Valet and even the housekeeping, not a single negative thing about this place. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful and the fitness center is spacious and fully equipped. I highly recommend this property for any kind of stay in Fort Worth.

Very comfortable hotel. Beds were great not too soft or too firm, pillows were soft, not the hard hotel pillows!  Food was not very good though, and the coffee weak. Disappointed that there was no outdoor pool, and that it was Vallet parking only! We parked on the street very close to hotel and got a parking ticket one day, but it still ended up being cheaper than their Vallet Parking! Unfortunately it colored my view of the Sheraton.  I'll might find another hotel next time.

Enjoyed the stay and the gym, and was able to stay on the 9th floor on the south end where the club was located. Had to use valet parking and the valet folks were amazing. I was running late and Mikaela even ran to get the car. Joe, and another kind brown haired bearded man whose name I didn’t catch was very helpful every time. Location was close to everything.

What a Beautiful hotel for our competition! Location was perfect, right down the street from the Convention Center! Metroplex Gymnastics Invitational! Close to all that Fort Worth has to offer! Fine food at the restaurant as well! Bonvoy Lounge was well stocked, a little busy but food was very good as well!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping guests. The check-in process took far longer than it should have, even though there was no line. When I finally got to my room, I was shocked by how dirty it was. The carpet was stained, and there was dust on nearly every surface. The bed sheets looked wrinkled and unwashed, which made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. The bathroom was even worse, with visible mold around the shower and a lingering unpleasant odor. The water pressure was weak, and the hot water barely lasted a few minutes. The air conditioning unit was loud and ineffective, making the room uncomfortable throughout the night. On top of that, the walls were
