Shenandoah Crossing Cabins & RV Resort

It was genuinely terrible staying at this resort. I can't get anywhere without a car in this resort and of course I flew here, plus my aunt's cabin had a spider in its bathtub, and they had to get moved out of their cabin because of a water leak under their cabin, so they got completely moved. On top of that, the TV Quality was terrible because of the old cables they had in the cabins AND yurts. It was just an awful stay here and I would not come back in a million years.

Have been a customer for years..today we checked in for a week cabin stay and was given a cabin without a fireplace..the fireplace is why we come here. I am so tired of hearing "the system won't let me do that"..honestly that translate into the system is rigged against the customer whenever a timeshare is in the picture. There is zero excuse for not being able to switch me to a cabin with a fireplace when it is early Friday so limited checking at this point and I would be giving you a cabin to put others in that did not care about a fireplace...the stories at the front desk as far as excuses go around in circles and frankly are insulting. At thos point they are going to see of a cancellation appears over the weekend but I am not sure how hard that search will be..I hope they will honor th

Nice resort focused mainly on cabins and yurts. The upgrade campground is also very nice and fairly level with level concrete parking and lots of landscaping. The gravel camp area is on the side of a steep hill making backing into you site a very difficult up hill ordeal.

My family and I went on vacation to this beautiful campus. If you love nature, this is the place to visit. You can play tennis, ride horses, swim in the pool and so much more. The cabins are absolutely gorgeous and the staff are very courteous. While on vacation, we visited a restaurant on site, and the food was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to visit again.

We love the quietness of this place. However we were disappointed this year that some of the amenities were not working properly. The indoor pool has been out of order since last year. They have 2 hot tubs, one had only a couple of jet working and the other one was cold. The lights in the pools didnt work, the hotel firepit was not useable.The cappuccino machine from the lobby was missing and replaced with a regular coffee maker that was not available after a certain time. This is a timeshare resort, they charge people 95000 to own a piece of it and charge fees to maintain. Where is the maintenence? $55 BUCKS to rent a golf cart for less than 24 hours and a mini golf course that lacks excitement!
