This building has seen some things, but I think that just means there's character etched on every surface. Great little house for 6 or so. Excellent flat easy Beach access, gorgeous view!
Stayed here May 2022 for a week. The Good: great location, no stairs, no frills, pet friendly. The Bad: roaches, roaches, roaches and the roof leaks--don't sit in the swivel chairs during a rain storm unless you need a shower. On the other hand, if you want the real Florida, this is it.
Perfect little house on the beach! My family has been staying at this house every summer for the past twenty years! Walk right down the deck to the beach!
Roof leaks, the door to the outside shower broken. However, being so close to the beach makes it worthwhile
