Awesome little getaway spot...host was friendly and helpful, there's a section of the river down from the campground where there's a picnic table, BBQ grill and it's a nice area for a "mini float". Full hookups, neighbors were quiet.

It's not fancy but it offers moderately-priced, private, large, shaded, wooded RV spaces along a creek on the outskirts of Dayton, WA (which has its own rustic, antique charm - must see). It has a laundry, lots of free firewood and picnic table at each site; close to many recreational areas and State Parks (that require the Discovery Pass). Thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Check it out!

Our overnight stay here was a last resort, due to having truck trouble. I will start with a positive...there were electric, sewer, and water hook-ups, which was $48 a night. We arrived around 6pm, we filled out the registration form, and wrapped the money inside it, since there were no envelopes provided. There was a grassy/dirt area to to sit in next to our camper, with lots of dog poop. I'm assuming either from the last guests or the 4 dogs across from us. There was a firepit, but it was so close to the truck and camper that we weren't going to use it. The bathrooms are disgusting, rest area bathrooms are in better shape than these. One sink was full with water due to a leak, but the drain plug was broken so you couldn't empty it. There were giant spiders, and cobwebs, the toilets didn't

I liked our spot (not muddy as it had rained the night before). Surrounded by trees so calling anyone may be an issue with cell service. It is close to the road so you may hear some of that but not too bad. There is a stream but I didn't get over to see it. There are people who live year round and have gardens. Very helpful friendly people. Managers have just changed hands and I hope they get right on the bathrooms. They need cleaning and possibly in the middle of remodeling or supplies stored there? We had full hookups and wifi so can't complain too much about cost $45 nightly. Enjoy!
