Well If were looking for somewhere to live, I surely wouldn't stay at a place called the SHADY rest mobile home park. Maybe the owner should consider rebranding.
Great management. Very quiet and safe. Lots of children with attentive parents. Lots of RV spots but only three have sewer and water.
This place has cleaned up a lot over the last few years. Some people park stupid though.
Management lied about vacancy sign said that there was but she flat out lied about it being full with no RVs in it
Over charging residents for lots and not taking care of property or improving it in any way.
