I am not native to OR, I am from the Midwest and have developed allergies since moving here. I was recommended to see Jennifer for both food and environmental allergies. We did a teleconference so I could be established as a patient. Jennifer listened to what my issues were, provided valuable information on what could help me and my experience with her felt like she really cared; it didn't feel like most appointments I have where the Dr. asks you 5 questions, says "Hmm" and writes you a script. My follow-up in person appointment also went well. Got allergy tests done and blood drawn. The person who drew my blood also did a great job-she only poked me one time! After seeing Dr. Armstrong last year I never received a bill for her services. I had to write an email to her company asking why I had not gotten a bill close to two months after my visit. Very unprofessional. Then one day I got a notification on my credit report saying that I was sent to collections for a bill I never received from this practice. This was after I had to chase someone down to pay my bill and paid it, I actually over paid! Then a year later I get a call from her billing department stating that I still haven't paid and will be sent to collections.. Hmm but I have the statements to prove that I paid the balance LAST YEAR! Don't go here unless you enjoy dealing with sloppy billing practices...

First off we were referred to Jennifer to help me handle a med that’s dangerous to taper. After a 2 hr meeting she handed me off to another provider in her clinic and said she doesn’t handle the med. She also failed to tell us that the psychiatric provider in her office Teddi is not covered on our insurance. We were forced to pay out of pocket for an apt with teddi who again Said can’t handle my med, yet we had to do the apt since I was out of my med I have to take or else I could have deadly side effects. On top of that they cancelled the day of on us 20 mins before our apt with a new provider in their clinic who we thought could help, and now refuse to help us reschedule with him and I am still without help. I highly recommend this practice to strangers, family and friends. I felt comfortable with the NP and staff. Thanks for helping me figure out what ailed me when other health professionals could not. Fairly life changing in a positive way! I give this practice 5 stars all around.
