Shady Acres Mobile Home Park is a fantastic community! It's quiet, peaceful, and the neighbors are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a great place to live if you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere and a sense of belonging and I won’t forget the owner who has been the most helpful and kind also the Boni manager of the park always fixed any problems we had and very fast service,Thanks again for making my year feel safe, I highly recommend you to visit shady Acres

My husband and I have been living here for over 3 years and LOVE it! Christina and Robert are the best landlords we've ever had! Boni the manager is awesome, very quick to tend to whatever fixes need to be done around the park. I highly recommend staying here!

If you are looking for a quiet, friendly, and affordable place to camp in castle country, shady acres is the place I recommend. This is my second time staying here for work related reasons, and I absolutely love it. Did I mention that it's quiet? You won't find that at the expensive place in town. Shady acres rv park is truly a hidden gem.

I live in a trailer here, I have been here for a year now and this is home. Christina and Robert have been extremely nice to my little family. Last winter we had a newborn baby and the heat wasn't working, the next day they hired someone to come fix it. It's amazing that these landlords don't just care about your rent being on time, they care about every one that lives here. They do everything possible to work with you and to be sure you have rent paid on time. My family got covid and they checked on us via messages and calls. Yes, there's a few cats around but I love them. It's very quiet around here. I haven't seen this park full since I've lived in Huntington. Victor is a great neighbor to have. Christina and Robert are awesome to rent a space from. They are definitely understanding of hard times and life curveball. I would recommend this place to any of my family. Will be back when I need another place for my 5th wheel.
