Seven Oaks Bed and Breakfast

Seven Oaks Bed and Breakfast is a great place to stay! It's a perfect location. You have easy access to Texas A&M football games or if you want to spend a little time of peace and tranquility, that's the place to stay! It's beautiful there and the owners are awesome!

Seven Oaks B&B is nestled amongst the trees by the Brazos River roughly midway between Caldwell and College Station. The rooms were small, but comfortable. We stayed in a room with a trundle bed. With the bed folded out, there is not much room to walk around. On the lower level, you must share a bathroom with guests in six other bedrooms. The facilitiies were absolutely clean and fresh. One drawback is that no breakfast was served. The B&B provided free wifi, a television in a common area room and coffee and orange juice in the morning.

Seven Oaks is a wonderful place to stay for any A&M event. It isn't very far from College Station, as a matter of fact it's easier to get back to on game days and other busy weekends. Its quite and beautiful and the owners are lovely and so helpful. They are friends to the Lopez clan now! Even though our Aggie graduated in May, we still plan to attend games and tailgates and we know where we will be staying!!!

With the help of some friends, we found Seven Oaks B&B a few years back and have stayed here annually to attend Aggie football games. We have rented individual bedrooms in the guest house and the main house suite. The Rileys are very accommodating and provide a very comfortable stay at a VERY reasonable price (hard to come by during Aggie football season and other TAMU event weekends). The rooms are nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. For the 3rd year in a row, we will be renting the entire house for a 2017 football weekend (our group includes 9+ adults and 4 small children). In College Station, it would cost us a small fortune to house our entire group, during football season. The Seven Oaks B&B allows us plenty of room to stretch our legs and the little ones really enjoy

We have stayed at Seven Oaks B&B for several years now when we've come for football games or college visits. We've stayed in the upstairs suite and downstairs in the smaller bedrooms as well. Carol has been very friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed to be comfortable. The property is beautiful and peaceful. I always wish we weren't so pressed for time every time we've stayed because I'd love to spend some time reading a book on the back porch. Now that my daughter is a student, we'll be visiting even more often!
