July's Country RV Park

We stayed for 3 weeks around New Years. The neighbors were quiet, the pad was real close to level, and the sunsets were AWESOME! Close to most any store you'd need. There was some heavy rain a few days, and the grassy areas by our spot held about half an inch of water for a good day after, but if you stayed on the gravel you could stay dry. It was kinda cool to wake up, look out my window and 20 feet away were cows just chilln.... 10 outta 10 I highly recommend

Very quiet and clean. Sherree is adorable and professional. They have a clean wash house and laundry room. Everyone here is quiet. Close to bryan and very close to caldwell town. Easy access to hwy.

If you are RV traveling in this area I highly recommend this park nothing fancy but well kept grounds, Best bathhouse found in years with 2W-2D. Excellent host, very helpful. We stayed in a fifthwheel don't look any where else in Burleson Co. TX.

My family stayed here for just over a year and just left. We loved July’s! The hosts are wonderful people who really care about their guests. We will miss it there. Look no further, this is the place!

Very clean and nicely kept. I just wish there was some shade. Manager is nice too.
