I recently stayed at Sequoia Highland Camp for a weekend retreat with my local LA spin studio and had the most relaxing and rejuvenating time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is slightly interested. The weekend started with a beautiful drive up the mountain and into the camp where we were greeted immediately upon arrival by camp staff and directed towards our cabin—one of many unique cabins on the property that were all well stocked with kitchen essentials, proper bedding for the weather and enough firewood and supplies to stay warm for our entire stay. I was able to see the inside of most of the cabins and they were all equally cute and cozy, each having a unique layout. The property itself is beautiful, with clear signage and pathways to easily navigate, everything is

What an incredibly special place. SO many opportunities for what Sequoia Highland Camp could be used for: be-it a couples vacay, some family fun, a work retreat, a DJ set/party spot, or a solo get-away. In my case, we had a mini friendsgiving retreat, and it was like a summer camp for adults in the BEST way possible. We made so many new friends and experienced such a beautiful, grounding time in nature without feeling like we were hardcore camping in the wilderness (which I sometimes enjoy too! But this was perfect). And Maarten and his brother are the best. The instructions to get there were super clear and we got there with no issues at 10pm. We loved our yurt. We can’t wait to come back!

What an awesome slice of heaven! My husband and I stayed one night on our way north and were delighted with our experience staying in one of the yurts on-site. We very much look forward to coming back to explore the Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks, since they are so close by. Communication with our hosts was great and the amenities and accommodations thoughtfully accessorized for comfort and a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed at a cabin here, and I really loved the location. It's beautiful and quiet, and the cricket sounds at night are so relaxing. Also nice view of the night sky. The kitchen and bathroom in the cabin were nice and modern, and we had a big fridge. Only very minor issues were that the bed and the deck could use a little TLC. One thing to keep in mind for planning is that it's at a good distance from the entrance to the Sequoia park if staying for that purpose, and there is a section of about 3 miles of unpaved road to reach the property.

I planned a 3-day, 2-night trip to Kings Canyon and Crystal Caves. My family stayed in a cozy yurt that fit three people comfortably. The glamping site was amazing—it had everything we needed: showers, bathrooms, comfy bedding, and cooking equipment. Everything was clean and well kept. There was even a beautiful sunset spot with a swing and an incredible stargazing point. Definitely check it out—this place will make your trip unforgettable!
