Very nice camping area. But please respect the river never underestimate it by crossing it. Hidden underwater currents and water vortex.

Great campground. The road here is listed as 4wd only on some sites but can easily be driven by 2wd cars if you're not a speed demon. The river is close by and very easy to access. Definitely the best of the campground trio.

Watch out for tarantulas around dusk time. This is an awesome place to go to get away from fresno. Plenty of fishing in the river.

5 stars for the fact we didn't get murdered in the middle of the night by the thugs that insisted on camping right next to us here. 1 star for "Fresno Goes Camping". Where was the Forest Service LEO all weekend? Total overcrowding. One family had so many people that one site was dedicated to just the food. No cars, no tents, just 15 tables and food/trash. The other 4 spots were for the cars and the 30 tents plus vehicles. One site was pumping water from the river in a fire hose to fill inflatable pools. Trash everywhere. Late evening started with loud music, generators, flood lights, string lights, and people insisting on camping on the edge of our site. Beer cans and trash everywhere, paintballs shot at the trees, benches, rocks ground, everything. Poacher fisherman left 2 fish on a strin
