Seawatch On-the-Beach, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club

Week beach vacation with grown kids for our 40th anniversary. The 2 bedroom apartment was nice, but the balcony view ( parking lot and dumpster) off our bedroom wasn't what I hoped for. The twin beds in second bedroom were not comfortable per my kids. The facility ( pool, game room, game room) were clean and in good shape. The attendants were nice and always helpful with safety in mind ( lightening warnings). When a toilet stopped working the problem was quickly addressed. The actual beach was very clean with amazing views.|I LOVED how quiet and peaceful the entire area was. This was our first time on the gulf coast and I don't know the area before Ian, but I can truly say this was a relaxing vacation.

Anxious to leave a review This is not a 5 star resort....and I always look forward to sleeping in a maxed out cushy bed. However.......after a day or two I realized her charm. Ft. Myers Beach is still trying to rebuild from hurricane Ian, the devastation I can't begin to comprehend. If you want to feel like you own a private beach this is your stay, it is so very peaceful to sit on your balcony and look at the birds and the sunset. I also came to realize that some families pick certain weeks to meet up with other families they have bonded with over the years. The pool is good and the resort is clean. Would I go back? Sure!

The staff was very, very friendly. The rooms were big and really nice. Hope to get to stay here again.

Arrived was excited that quickly finished. Our unit was first floor above the pool requested to change units was told no! The twin beds had no blankets. I texted for blankets was given some trashy blankets for the bed. Texted the office again. The lights in the dining room didn’t work. The battery in the wall clock was dead as well. They told me they would send some one up it’s now Tuesday and haven’t seen a soul. I would not recommend staying here. I also do not recommend Hilton Timeshares either. Full of lies and promises!

Hotel is great. Staff was great. Its location is just too inconvenience. 20 30 mins to get anywhere off the island. Beautiful sunsets.
