I believe I have found my Winter home. Great location. Tess and Maria in the office... outstanding, loved our chats while picking up my mail. Made me feel like part of the family. I stayed for 3 months, October thru December. The +55 Lifestyle was a bit confusing at first. Made me think it was a Resort for us retired old duffers only. No, It's a 'Lifestyle'. You will see families of all ages with children come and go. For residency, one person must be over 55 yrs of age. Other than that there, note you will see children splashing in the pool, riding super fast on their bikes and scooters. Yes, an email will be sent to remind folks about going the speed limit and the proper direction, all roads being one way but it seems very lenient as the security is a locked gate with an access code and

This is the second time Seasons in the Sun has failed. I tried to make a reservation via my phone earlier in the year and the site wasn't set up correctly. Now I am on a PC trying to make a reservation and instead of providing pricing information it says "Call". The whole point of a website is to allow customers to shop and compare your services. I don't want to "call" for pricing, I'm not going to give my credit card number over the phone, and want a written (email) transaction!

Did a 3 month stay here while doing a travel nursing contract. So happy to have found this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They got us exactly the site that we wanted with plenty of shade, There are plenty of open places if you like that. They have a pool and club house. The laundry rooms were clean, and all the machines worked. Also have pickle ball court and horseshoes area. And although it's right near the highway, it was very quiet.

Found where I want to spend a few winter months, definitely! The staff, the maintenance crew, all make ya feel like family, very welcoming. The Christmas lights put on by the residents was outstanding, made it very Christmasy. Tessa and Maria in the office, thank you for the great chats while collecting my mail, John, your awesome at helping me back into my site, and for keeping the grounds very well maintained!!!
