Lathroms Landing Rv Park South

It's an RV park My friend moved there It's a nice park so far Has a pool and own laundry facility My only issue is they are sooo close to each other... But well cared for, quiet park From a visitor view

My husband and I were traveling though the area and we started having problems with our truck. We pulled off the exit where the park is located not knowing it was there. When we saw it we couldn’t believe our eyes. At this point we had been on the road for 7 hours with a cat in the truck. So to say the least we were fried. Wendy was so nice a helpful! We stayed there for 5 nights while our truck was being repaired. Everyone in the park was so nice, we actually made some friend. The bath house was clean and there are several washing machines and dryers that worked nicely. We will definitely be back. Thank you Wendy and everyone else who helped us out in our time of need. We regret choosing to stay here. The front office appears to be abandoned, the wifi doesn't work -- but hey you can leave a message and hope they call you back! Luckily we got the access codes from a handyman who was driving by. It's mostly long-termers who come here to drink and fish. The spaces are comically small and crammed with crap, the bath house is neglected (all TP dispensers broken, dark showers, etc), and so on. I found myself apologizing to my wife for choosing this place. If it was maybe $50 per night, maybe. But they ask for well over $100 before fees. Unless you like to hang out elbow-to-elbow with long-termers who drink and fish, keep looking!

This is an RV park, my wife and I needed a place for the night and stayed for two. Clean bathrooms, beautiful pond!!

This place is amazing! I love the small town vibe . The owners and staff are very attentive to my needs as well as my friends and family whom stayed. A Bonus is the location is great but convenient to area attractions.
