Unbelievable- stayed here at least 3 times before for business travel as I have also recommended to other business associates , but not no more. My last stay today. Quite a few rules now that one has to sign, good thing at check out I told rep at desk I should have asked for a print out- good thing I rechecked at checkout- I had to go back up to my King Suite, throw out my trash all four level of steps to the outside dumpster, which was just a bag of an empty box of eaten to go food from last night. I went ahead and threw away my bathroom trash bag, which only had the wrapper of my hand soap- I also had to wash my own dishes, which was just a glass I used for water and 1 fork that I used for my to go food- Unbelievable 😡 Took extra photos to ensure I would not get charged $50 and the othe

Stayed the week here with my husband, Sunday to Saturday. We got one of the cabins with a queen bed. Reserved through air bnb. Pros: friendly service, nice size and layout to the unit, awesome location, easy walking to the beach and different stores, daily housekeeping visit with clean towels, other toiletries and trash pickup. Sheets, fridge, stovetop and microwave were clean. Very convenient parking spot in front of the cabin. The blinds closed well and made the room dark to sleep in. Quiet overall. Internet worked. Simple but cute decor. Cons: The floors were grimy and sticky. Several roaches found in the kitchen area. Crumbs behind the couch. Patched up bathtub. Grimy windows and blinds. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is disgustingly filthy - and they charge an outrageous daily cleaning fee for absolutely no cleaning. We showed up to dirty dishes put away in drawers and still inside dishwashers not cleaned, floors so filthy that the infants traveling with us would end up with black feet/legs/hands from crawling, and dead bugs in rooms. This is an issue across the board in all of the rooms, we had multiple families staying here in different rooms and all of the rooms were atrocious. The floors are so bad that taking one of the towels and wiping it across the floors came back black, and was so unsanitary for our babies that we went out and bought a mop ourselves to try to clean the floors because their staff did nothing.|we complained multiple times about the cleanliness and t

The golf cart we rented through this place was MIA when we woke up for a coffee run. Staff didn’t seem to care. We were planning to use the cart we paid for to grab breakfast and explore the area. Drove our car instead. Cart reappeared when we returned and we asked for an extra hour since we lost one. Staff said that was not possible since so many people were checking out that day? Seems like the staff there are trained to NOT provide customer service 🤣 bizarre. Golf cart was junky and wouldn’t rent there again.
