Belles Sea Inn

Easy booking online and simple communication by text with the owner/manager. This is a great location for SandFest (you can walk through the parking lots to the beach) but this has become our go-to location for many of our Port A stays. All the necessities you need without the extra frills. We stay in the efficiency which has a microwave, coffee pot, and fridge and a GREAT A/C. We slept cool and comfortable in 90° heat. Ladies, bring a hair dryer if you need one. I also recommend bringing your own body wash and shampoo, although it is provided. The pool is super clean and really nice. Can't beat the location or the price.

We stayed at Belles Sea in for the 2024 labor day weekend, and we really enjoyed our stay. Room, kitchenette, restroom was very clean & very geberous on shampoo bottles and soap, excellent location, close to the beach, church, restaurants, & bars. It has a beautiful view to take pictures. We even stayed for an extra day. The only minus was that the AC was a little bit noisy, but we were so tired that we fell asleep immediately. For sure we will come back.

It was not a great location for me. Difficult to get my luggage up the stairs. TV had to be turned on by the staff because the remote did not work. But I did sleep pretty good but left early before daylight so I didn't have to wait on the ferry. It was pretty much self service..had to bring your own coffee and filters and take out your own trash and get your own towels from the office.

Can't wait to go back! The manager, Patsy, was so accommodating and friendly. As the oldest hotel on the island, the outside doesn't look great. When you get to your room, everything changes! The room was spotless and had everything we needed! The pool is clean and inviting. I've never stayed anywhere as quiet as Belles Sea Inn!!!! Even though it was spring break, we literally never heard any other guests. Outside our room was a huge deck area with lots of chairs, picnic table and 2 grills for those wanting to eat there. Next time you go to Pt. Aransas, call Peggy and enjoy the peacefulness! My only complaint is there are no vending machines so bring your drinks and snacks with you.

I didn't know quite what to expect when I booked the stand-alone cottage, but both my husband and I are so glad we did. It's quaint, definitely not a cookie-cutter motel room. It was just the two of us, but could comfortably sleep six with 2 queen beds (very comfortable) and a separate room with a set of bunk beds. The kitchen has a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. We were impressed with how clean the room was. The 10-minute walk to the beach was via private streets, sidewalk through upscale residential and a boardwalk. It's in the best location for beach access. We spent multiple hours there every day, listening to the surf, beachcombing and sipping margaritas (Bring your own - there are no bars on the beach). Two beach rules to know: no glass containers
