Save your money and go to another condo place. My family and I stayed here just back on October of 25 in 101. From the outside, looks somewhat decent and the photos were good also. However once we made entry.... musty and smelt like a 1970s roadside diner. Found 4 roaches within the first hours of checking in. Dust was literally caked on fixtures and under each bed. The mini fridge freezer had mold in it. The beach access is literally the only good thing because it's a 10 yard walk. The whole week here the elevator was a coin toss, and the pool was an ice bath.

This is without a doubt the worst place I have ever stayed in North Myrtle Beach! Building is run down! Breezeway/hallways had loose outdoor carpet that made it impossible to roll the luggage carts. Not that you could get the luggage cart to your room because you had to go up or down stairs to get to your room. I must have missed the info or it wasn't included in the site description that there are stairs. It had an elevator, but it was out of service more than it was working. As for the room....holes in the wall in the livingroom, screens torn loose on the balcony, mold in bathroom shower door, couldn't even find a stopper that fit to hold water in the kitchen sink. and ROACHES!! We stayed here with a private AirBnB. Our condo was renovated. You cannot beat this location and the pool was great too. Unfortunately the hot tub was under maintenance but overall a perfect place to stay right on the beach.

Condo 109. Beach walk 150 feet. Beach view. Clean spacious condo. Hot tub down almost entire time we were here. Boo. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great place, great location, terrible WiFi. Trying to get some work done is impossible even with nobody else on it. There was no purpose of it at that point. Very disappointing because everything else was amazing.
