Sea Vista Motel

After an unusual stressful time in my Life I called the SEAVISTA to regenerate. As soon as you hear the warm and welcoming voice of Ms Kathie , you know your Troubles are over! I am familiar with this most wonderful and unique Hotel, I had stayed there in years gone by with my German Shepherd MANDI and then with my German Rottweiler BAMBI. Now I am "owned" by a Bichon named PYXIE. And as before, the SEAVISTA did not disappoint! Finally I entered my sparkling clean room and the sunshine and the view of the Ocean surrounded me with Comfort and Grace. My room had absolutely everything a person and a Doggie would need and want, I did not lack anything. But the best part at SEAVISTA is the delightful staff. Our third stay at Sea Vista. We adore this place. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Very peaceful at this time of year. Great view from the all weather balcony. Perfect location for a weekend getaway.

We have been a guest at Sea Vista for many years and it has always been a real treat. This was the first time we were in the honeymoon suite - that is the single room on the 4th floor What an awesome view and a very quiet room. The front desk and Michael the owner are just delightful and attentive to guests needs. This is one of the few places on the south end of Topsail Island you can get a room for a couple nights right on the beach and not have to pay for a whole week. We will come back again.

This is a great, affordable little motel right on the beach! It’s far down at the far end of Topsail so away from the main highway and lots of restaurants so there’s a quiet, more peaceful energy here. I love their outdoor shower features and back porch views. Everyone was so helpful and friendly at the lobby- bags of ice is cheap too!

This was our fist stay at the Sea Vista, but it will definitely NOT be our last! Staff in the front office was chill and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable! Beyond that, the views and access to the beach were absolutely perfect. It’s nothing fancy but we brought food and cooked in the room which saved us a ton of money. What a great quiet place to stay. If you’re looking for lots of people and extra things to do, this might not be for you. However, if you’re looking for a relaxed, chill beach getaway you can’t miss this place!
