Breezeway Motel

Last minute trip to see some family and booked this place. Manager was very friendly and accommodating. I know it’s off season, but the place was very clean and quiet. Our favorite part was the fishing pier and the views! Also nice that the beach is so close. Will definitely visit again in the summer!

The location was wonderful! Rooms were clean and had a great view! John was a wonderful person and we really appreciated his hospitality and white glove service, thank you so much John for making the stay so welcoming and warm!!

Great place to stay! Staff was amazing. John the Inn Keeper was great! Gave some good advise on fishing and places to eat. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get away and enjoy Topsail Beach. They also, have their own pier on the sound side which is nice. And, don't forget about the Breezeway restaurant next door! Food was awesome along with the staff.

This was our second time staying at the Breezeway. Although it is older, it was clean and in a convenient location. It is right next to the sound and across the street from public beach access. We loved hanging out on the dock, watching the sunset and seeing the fish jump, plus swimming in the pool. We actually had a different hotel booked but our key cards could not let us into our room and no one was on duty, nor would anyone answer the phone. We had to scramble to find a place to stay, and Breezeway came through and got us settled immediately. The Breezeway Restaurant was also great; perfect service and great food.

We stayed here during the Autumn Fall Festival and it was amazing. It’s in a short walking distance from the beach, and Top Sails beach is full of the most amazing Sea Glass & Unique sea shells! The Autumn Fall festival is great to find Market Vendors, live music and food. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.
