Sea Coast Suites

We are currently staying here at unit 24 and this place was not cleaned. There is sand everywhere has a very strong mold and mildew smell. There were dirty clothes and underwear left behind in drawers. Washer doesn't work and none of the sheets, blankets or pillows seem that they haven't been cleaned since the last stay. The property manager was very rude and not accommodating. I have 2 more nights here but won't stay. This place is unbearable.

Sea coast suites unit 1 is a great place to spend a night or a week. If you are looking for a 5 star place for a fair price. This is your best bet! The beautiful Topsail island beach is just steps away. We ate dinner at Daddy macs ocean front dining. Which was also 5 star, and we walked to. They provide lush towels and beddings. Theres a cart to use for groceries or to take to the beach. Free Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks. The condo was super clean ! We will definitely be back.

It was amazing so clean and kept they supplied pretty much everything cups bowls ect and it’s 30 seconds from the beach! Definitely coming back !!! Can it wait!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Clean and comfortable. We enjoy it here and hope to return again.
