The worst experience I’ve ever had the light was broke there were bugs the sheets had yellow stains on them the bathroom was the worst. It looked like pee on the wall the toilet was disgusting The door would not even lock. They came to fix the light 2 hours after our 3rd call. The girl apologized and said the maintenance man was in the bathroom.
Just needed a place to rest for the night. Not even 2 hours in the room and a big cockroach comes out from under the telephone to greet us. Mind you, we brought no food into the room at all. When we look for a room, all we want is for it to be clean. Maybe, that why the rates were so cheap. My son went to the desk to inform them, and they didn’t seem to care. So, if roaches don’t bother you, this is the hotel for you. We left and went down the street and found a great clean hotel for a couple dollars more. Unfortunately the first didn’t refund any money. Why should they, if they don’t care about roaches.
Positive: "" Negative: The sheets obviously weren't changed as I found hair that wasn't mine when I pulled the sheets back. Exposed wires in the bathroom.
Toddler toilet . Room 118 Smells of mold . Dirty windows and walls.! Hairs in bed and sheets had stains . There is no pool access it was all brown |Nasty!!!!! No refund when I checked out a day early!!!!! No way to close blinds all the way . Did not sleep well and fireworks right outside the door and people living in this motel! Eww ! Clothes hanging outside. Very trashy! Only thing good is the food places and Walmart are walking distance so we could walk there instead.
Please read the reviews before you come here. I normally don’t write reviews, but this felt necessary. My friend and I (2 females) are traveling alone for Bonnaroo. This place was close by the festival and we were charged over $1000 for 4 nights here. Of course it’s more expensive because of the festival and location, but nothing can justify the $1,000. The door wouldn’t lock, there were sketchy men in the parking lot watching our every move, drugs in the parking lot (suspected), pubic hair in the bathroom, dirty rooms, stains (seemingly puke and pee) all over the beds, and a strong mold/vomit stench inside the room. We ended up going to Walmart and buying Lysol spray, Clorox wipes, new sheets, blankets, and towels. We came back to the hotel around 10 PM and felt so unsafe and disgusted.
