Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manchester-Conf Ctr(Tullahoma)

It's been a while since I've stayed at a hotel that is in the hospitality business. This was a great hotel with super friendly and informative staff! Breakfast was good with lots of options and filling. They had pretty good coffee too. Rooms were good and mostly clean. The hide-a-bed mattress could stand to be changed out with all the stains on it and there was a bit of hair on the bathroom floor like it wasn't swept but seemed just a simple oversight as the rest of the room/building was very clean. I would definitely stay again!

Could use queen size pillows on beds not king size. Paint was chipping on bathroom door. Indoor pool was not heated like told. Was cold. Workout room sucked. 1 kettle ball no other weights. Beds slept good, was over all clean.

This hotel is not worth $180 a night and that was for an IHG member. Main issue is the tub/shower combo is small with no grab rails within the tub/shower. The good is that Holiday Inns have a worthy breakfast included in the nightly rate.

We were there for a Retreat that was in the Convention Center that is connected to the hotel. The breakfast area is nice with a TV to watch. We sat and talked with friends while we waited for our room to be ready. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate always available and free. Our room was spacious, clean, and beds very comfortable. Everything is very convenient such as the indoor pool and fit center although we did not use either of them. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

After 8 hours on the road my family and I arrived at the hotel only to find that I had left my entire toiletry bag at home. I was so upset and went to the front desk to get a toothbrush. The woman at the desk was so kind and made me a little overnight kit. On top of that, we had our two dogs so she put us on the first floor near an exit so we could take them out easily. I appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. The room itself was nice and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was also so good and gave us a great start for the last leg of our roadtrip. We’ll definitely be staying here again.
