Lights and appliances are a joke! Didn't work including the tv. How do you not know the tv is broken? I call BS and didn't appreciate the fact plus lights in bathroom didn't work at the replacement room, No Breakfast since COVID per front desk person which is more BS. The mattresses on the beds were excellent and we got some sleep so Thanks for that!

Good customer service and clean rooms

Checked in and got to the room and found stains, cigarette burns (even though it was a no smoking room) and bugs in the bed, left immediately, told the clerk and I am yet to receive a refund. Definitely the worst room I've ever been too.

This is my go-to hotel in fort Worth.... The rooms are always clean they're not overpriced... And it's close to plenty of places to grab something to eat... Not far from downtown fort Worth... And Arlington is right up the street....

We booked for two nights. Non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke. Your clothes will smell like it. Evening/night staff is not friendly and hard to talk to. Bed only had 3 pillows on one side. VERY dirty room. You get one thin blanket. Multiple lights were out. Bathroom was the worst. It was dirty, lights out, toliet paper not even on the rod and all the towels have makeup stain and im hoping the red stuff was not old blood stains. Remotes didn't have backs or batteries. LOUD music playing in multiple rooms with sketchy people in and out all night. Not suggested for families! Terrible place and didn't even stay our second night.
