I don't typically leave negative, but this stay beckoned a written response:||||You know...when booking a hotel for under $100/night, there are certain allowances you pay to the establishment. Maybe it's not lavish. Maybe the area isn't great. Maybe the other guests are questionable. Yes, there are many factors an establishment, whether because of finances or the character of its clientele, cannot control and must merely attempt to manage, but what EVERY business, especially in the hotel/motel industry, can control is customer service.||||Yes, I can understand the fatigue that must come from being in an area that attracts uncivil, unclean, or even criminal behavior on your grounds, but what that DOES NOT give you permission to do is treat guests who have exhibited none of this behavior as

I booked in advance on Agoda. Room was clean and comfortable. Kind of a so-so neighborhood. Girl at the front desk barely speaks English and hung up on me twice when I called from the airport. When I got myself to the motel she was rude and patronizing, at first telling me I had no reservation, and then wanted me to pay an additional $40 cash deposit. I had no cash so she relented and allowed me to have a room for the night. I was thankful to get 4 hours sleep between connecting flights, but it should have been easier.

I get to the motel and I had booked online, tried to open the door to the office , then went to the window when the office lady starts yelling at me asking me what I want. Ummm I’m here to rent a room? Terrible way to treat customers. Once in the room the smell was so overwhelming I had to buy air freshener and Lysol wipes. After about 20 minutes of finding more gross stains in the room, we ask for a refund which turned into a huge argument. Lady claimed that we had been there for 2 hours ! We demanded a refund or a different room. At this point even the cleaning lady came out to let us know that 103 is the worst room! After about 20 minutes of arguing she finally moved us to 104. Which the cleaning lady said is the best room since she never rents it out. Management is absolutely rude does

The rooms smelled awful. Kept telling them needed a nonsmoking room but they kept telling me they only had smoking one. And all the rooms were empty. The a/c /heater was looking like if you turn it on it will catch on fire. Like someone was smoking and putting ashes in it. Front desk had no customer service experience. Woke up next day with itch all over the body. What seem like some bug. Suprised that it’s still open. Someone definitely need to come inspect that place before someone really gets sick. Definitely would not recommend it to nobody.
