Sandpiper Inn & Spa

I took a chance on this hotel it was the cheapest in the area. Other than the manager, Joe, there's nothing good I can say about this place. Joe was insanely accommodating and although he tried as much as he could to make it a good stay it just wasn't. Room's were dirty, locks were broken, security codes to enter the room were simple enough to guess. Guest bathroom (only one) had TP shoved into the toilet with yellowish brown water and someone's hardened diarrhea sitting at the top. I think if this place invested money into it it could eventually be a great stop but for now its just terrible. Seems like 1 man trying to fix it all with a shoestring budget. Joe is the unsung hero of this place and the owners should be ashamed they are taking people's hard earned money to actually stay here

I had always thought of the Sandpiper as a real dump. And it was. That was then. But now there is new, enthusiastic, management, and it is starting to actually be very appealing.||||The new manager, Les, has made enormous improvement in only four months on the job. It's still somewhat a work in progress, but enough has been done that my stay there was very enjoyable. ||||Everything is very clean! The pools are thoroughly cleaned three times a week, and the water sparkles with clarity. The rooms have been painted and new floors put in, and Marcella, the housekeeper, keeps everything spotless. (I was not a bit surprised to hear that she previously worked in a hospital! )||||My room was large, with a full kitchen and two queen beds. I had a private balcony with views of distant mountain

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Palm Springs! The property was clean, stylish, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Special shout-out to Chad — he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. From check-in to check-out, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about guests the way Chad does. Highly recommend this hotel — and if you go, make sure to say hi to Chad. He’s the best!

The first impression of the location was not the best I've seen. And the rooms were not in their best condition, but the manager was so nice and made our group feel so welcomed and we had a blast at this place. The price of the rooms were very reasonable and it was the deal maker for us. The day we visited was a very windy day, but the BBQ area was nicely surrounded by the hotel and the wall and it was very nice inside. All the bad impressions I had about the place were completely changed by the manager . We had a blast and I would come back again.

Under new management and Starla is the 💣 before i wouldn't look twice at this place, but it's really coming together now. Would recommend. Good price for what you get and heart atmosphere. Huge potential, I can't wait to see what gets done with this place in the near future.
