Sand & Surf A Condominium Resort

This place has got a good location. But barely gets a star as is stinks horrible from smoking. So strong you can taste it.

This was place did not have a washer or dryer, very dated, not walkable to anything but the beach. The pool was nice and the beach was perfect but the rooms were very uncomfortable. Very basic old furniture that was not comfortable and queen beds that were cheap and hard. Very old kitchen and furniture. Will not ever go back. We had a horrible view that made us feel like we were in a hole. The staff we nice and the beach was beautiful.

We purchased a week on our honeymoon 32 yrs ago and have been almost every year. The hurricane took a bite a few years ago but everything is redone and nice. We love it. Small and perfect for us. (Pics are not mine)

The only positives about this place are the great location and the beautiful beach. Everything else is disgusting. There are huge cockroaches, which I'm terrified of. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Saw three live roaches the first night there (in different areas of the room). I'm deathly afraid of bugs, so I couldn't sleep the whole night. There's a dead bug in the kitchen cabinets and another dead bug on the picture above the bed. Room is very hot even with the AC. The dishwasher is super rusty. They at least sprayed down the room with bug spray and had a small dehumidifier in the room. It was right at the beachfront, which was nice, and the pool was alright. The room color is pretty. For those who have kids, their cable does not include Disney or the other children's channels. Their website begins with all the legal disclaimers right at the top and the fridge and dresser are also full of more legal disclaimers; it's all screaming "we've been sued before."
