Very clean, great price, convenient location next to plenty of public transportation, walking distance to tourist attractions like the Hollywood stars Staff is very polite overall I give a 10 out of 10 Will rebook again!

Absolutely worst hostel i've been to in terms of customer service. i clearly told them through the bookings app that i'll be late, but they did completely nothing about it and when i arrived 1h after their office hours, i was left stranded outside the hostel. i was forced to book another place to stay for the night. when i requested for refund, they did not reply at all.

Poor experience overall. Smelly rooms, gross stain mattresses, creaky/rickety beds, no hand towels provided in bathroom, saw a few roaches. You can’t use the stove or oven…? Inconsiderate guests on the phone in early morning and eating in bed. Poorly placed lockers jammed in right next to a bunk bed so you can barely get to them. Front desk person was fine and the location was convenient. Really wish I hadn’t stayed here

Just.. not the motel you want to go, trust me.
