Safari Inn

We went for dinner. I think the bar is better if you dont want to sit next to families. The family that sat next to us was awful. Loud and hit the chair which dimmed our experience. Yes we did ask them to stop. Food was very salty and spicy. The raspberry cheesecake was excellent. Service was good

A very clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice coffee pot & real coffee cups & real glass glasses. A nice clean breakfast area in office. The owner's are really nice people & it's family owned & very well taken care of. I would recommend this place very much if you need a quite clean place to stay.

Stopped hoping to find a place to stay outside of Denver — after almost losing hope with the chain hotels around the interstate we had luck at this adorable motel. Kind owners and a very clean and welcoming place at a very decent price. Will remember for next time we are driving through

So, don't be hesitant to make a reservation here. Yes, it's not the newest of properties, but its clean. Bed was comfortable. I stayed in a room that is part of the original ground level build, and it reminded me of what traveling was like back in the 1960s. Go ahead and give it a try. You won't be disappointed. And you are supporting a small business, not a large chain.

Lovely property, lovely people and very clean. These people aren’t just trying, they are succeeding. I avoid the corporate no personality properties and I seek out these types of innkeepers. They are a lovely Polish couple who make you feel welcome. Only negative was the size of the bathrooms. Common with older properties but quite small and unique. The pool was crystal clear and the water was perfect. If you are lucky enough to find an outdoor pool in a motel any more but they have a nice one and keep it up. Good value for sure.
