La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Limon

Our room was very clean (not even dusty, like most hotels) and well stocked. While I didn't usually use the hotel shampoo, conditioner and lotion, during our cross country move some things were misplaced and I was glad the rooms were stocked (unlike our stay the night before at a different hotel in MO). The parking lot wasn't huge, but it wasn't super busy so we had ample parking. Easy little town to stop into on a long journey. You can easily find the hotel, gas and food and get back on the highway. I forgot her name, but the woman who checked me in was very kind! I was carrying my card and mentioned my husband was following with a U-Haul, do she put us on the end close to the door and told me about the open parking for cars and large trucks around the side. Literally the most immaculate and comfortable stay for your I-70 road trip to the Rockies. We stay with our boys every year. The gym is great, breakfast is top notch, and the rooms are always so clean and comfortable. My son this last time asked, “why don’t we just stay here the rest of the trip?” Thanks for always providing us with a great place to relax and refuel on our trips to Colorado!!

Great hotel! Stayed here a few years ago when it was brand new, and then stayed a couple nights ago as we were traveling through. The hotel still has its newness to it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Would definitely stay here again. Edited to add - could have more insulation. Kids running around above us woke us up around 5:45am. Sounded like a herd of elephants till we left at 7:30. But I’d still stay here again!

The hotel is easily accessible from I-70. The parking lot has decent lighting. The front desk staff was friendly. Our room was clean and spacious though not sound proof or a quality build. The breakfast offered was acceptable for this price point. Overall an ok place to stay for a night or two in Limon, CO.

Positive: Appears to be the newest hotel in town. Hotel was clean and check in person was nice Negative: For our second night staying at a LaQuinta inn the TV did not work. Even after staff tried. Also pool area was completely in the dark. No working lights.
