Roycroft Inn

This is a great place to stay when you're looking for something special and unique. This historical building is beautiful, and the furniture used in the rooms is just beautiful - arts & crafts style, some Stickley. Even the smallest inn room is spacious, with a surprisingly enormous bathroom. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful, and it's wonderful to be able to get room service for dinner from the Roycroft restaurant. A tasty Continental breakfast is included in your stay. The location of the Inn lends itself to exploring all that East Aurora has to offer on foot if you so choose, or a quick drive. The Inn is very relaxed, which is the same vibe as all of East Aurora. Perfect for a long weekend getaway.

During a quick weekend up to see SUNY Buffalo we stopped to stay a night here on our way out of Buffalo. We had no desire to stay inside Buffalo. I found this gem on hotels.com and snagged up a same day reservation. ||The inn was beautiful, unique and special. Great history to read about. Everything written in what i call Led Zeppelin don’t. Beautiful craftsman furniture everywhere. I love places like this. So much character. The lobby was beautiful. |Resturant and bar are attached but we didn’t use those. The breakfast provided was delicious. Coffee was delicious and I was so appreciative that they had almond milk! ||Also, I love a haunted hotel and actively seek to stay in them. This review is for the restaurant only. The food here is good but seriously over priced. There are a lot of options out there that provide a much better experience. I ordered the steak, was given one spoonful of mashed potatoes, which was wild. I had 2 cut vegetables. Honestly, we can have a feast at Outback or Longhorn without the kid portions for the sides and far cheaper. One spoonful of mashed potatoes? Holy hell, every dish here was like that. The place is nice inside, plenty of seating. We had the most aloof waitress who didn't even bother to check our table between courses, so bizarre. Im barely giving this place a 4 star review. It really only deserve a 3.

As a member of the Roycroft Foundation, the Inn is a wonderful place to have dinner, hold a meeting in the community and what not. I cannot count the number of times that I have been here, but each time was memorable. The staff is always polite and are willing to accommodate anyone. For any tourists visiting the Village of East Aurora, I recommend that you visit the Roycroft Inn.

Not sure about the rooms- sure they are lovely. But DO NOT EAT HERE. Food was awful. Service was fine but took awhile. Find anywhere else to eat. Please. I can’t believe there aren’t more reviews on how bad the food is. Or don’t heed this advice and check it out for yourself - for a couple hundred bucks. Either way. Cheers.
