Hampton Inn East Aurora

This hotel easily is the best one I've stayed in ever. The check in process was smooth and simple. All the staff was really kind, but Reneé was especially friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade and we were treated extremely well. The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Everything was new, and there wasn't any wear or damage of any kind. Bathroom was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel had a really well equipped gym, a really well kept clean pool, and even a little library with many books and board games to borrow for the night. The breakfast was awesome as well, with many options. The location is immaculate, being a 2 minute walk from Main Street. The only problem I had is that we only stayed a single night! Absolutely beautiful upgrades, customer service was great, and convenient location to East Aurora. Check in process was easy and there was a great little reading nook for kids or to get out of the room at night and find a quiet spot. Here is the cons: the new furniture is hard as a rock, pillows were awful, breakfast was typical hotel continental breakfast, however potatoes were not cooked all the way. I do not recommend staying on the first floor due to noise level.

Positive: It was very comfortable and extremely clean! (The tile floor by the door in my room & the shelf you put your luggage on actually shone!) I loved the huge walk in shower. It’s also right off Main Street, so it’s like a 2 minute walk from downtown EA Negative: The walls seemed thin (neighbors were talking in what appeared to be a normal volume & you could hear every word they were saying)

Very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, it squeaked a little bit but nothing too bad. Close walk to the super cute downtown area. Great restaurants and shops near by. I didn't eat the breakfast but the coffee was incredible. Other than the squeaky bed it was a great experience.

If I could give this hotel a 1,000 star review, I would. This was my and my boyfriend's first time in town and we were met with such hospitality and warmth. Upon check-in we met Reneé who not only engaged in conversation about ourselves and why we were visiting town, but told us that we had been upgraded to a diamond status guest and were put on the 3rd floor so we could enjoy a bit more of a quiet and relaxing stay. She spoke to us on a personal level that was also professional and thoughtful. She also offered to help us with any dinner suggestions if we'd like them. Once we got to the room it was not only much more spacious than we expected, but incredibly clean. Everything in our room looked brand new.
