Royal Palace Westwood Hotel

Found this hotel on the website and was a great find. Here for a weekend getaway and the location was perfect. Close to UCLA campus, Westwood and local places of interest. Continental breakfast provided along with free parking (which in this area is a great convenience). We choose a king room. Clean comfortable, space well thought out. Daily cleaning service provided. Stairs or elevator available. Highly recommend

The room was very large and had plenty of room for the two of us as well as a table with four chairs. The room did have an odd musty cleaning smell to it similar to an old folks home, and was off putting. The breakfast service was very comprehensive but the pancake maker was out of service. Staff was all very helpful with check in and check out. Very close to UCLA and very walkable to local restaurants and shops. Unless you need to be close to UCLA I can’t recommend the value for money. There is parking but it is very tight and the alley is the back of restaurants and so had a very strong garbage and grease smell.

This hotel met every expectation! Adorable, boutique style hotel nestled safely in West LA with great access to everything including Target, Starbucks and multiple eateries within walking distance. It was also centrally located to all of the attractions such as Universal Studios, Santa Monica pier, Hollywood sign & walk of fame. Parking (which is very rare in this area) WiFi, & breakfast included. This hotel had clean rooms & elevator access. We will definitely stay here when we come back to CA.

Great hotel for a short no frills stay. Its more of a bed and breakfast. The staff is helpful and the rooms are well appointed. I was on a trip to UCLA and is walking distance. Breakfast is ok, standard USA fare with pancakes boiled eggs milk and oats. Fruits available and coffee 24/7. There is a small balcony to each room so a lot of sunlight comes in the room. The room has a fridge, microwave, Iron board, coffee maker, TV and a safe! Recommended for stay if you want to go to UCLa or explore Westwood and Santa Monica
