Royal Motel

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The level of disrespect I received was absolutely unbelievable, made even worse by the fact that the rooms and cleanliness aren't good to begin with. I didn't even make it to check-in before they canceled my reservation, then proceeded to curse at me on the phone and hang up-all due to their own misunderstanding.||I will never stay here again. I strongly recommend that anyone seeing this review go to the Red Roof Inn down the road instead; it's much friendlier and cleaner. I'll be posting this review on other sites and with the Better Business Bureau, and I'll be reaching out to their corporate office if I can find a number. This level of service is completely unacceptable

This place really is outstanding. I don’t normally like having room service and put the no not disturb sign out, but this time i forgot to and they did such a good job i rolled with it. They want you to feel like royalty and in their way they put some class into it. I don’t know how to put it but you could tell when they cleaned they put more into it than you are used to when you stay at a motel. There is well thought out furniture and more than normal. They thought about What someone would need and since i work and live on the road this was very helpful. Ended up deciding to watch the superbowl here and enjoy the space before i move on. Peaceful and quiet and close to Many places to eat or shop. I’ve traveled for many years and finding this gem is awesome. The rooms are spotless and clean, the beds are comfortable and bedding is soft and well kept. The bathroom seems to be newly remodeled and is very clean. Spotless and very clean. The manager is very nice and very easy to talk to. Safety is very nice here as well. The price is incredibly inexpensive and you get safety, comfort and a good nights rest!!

Cozy rooms, lower priced. Near busy road, but everything is nearby. I would stay here again. Good hot water, takes a couple minutes. But I didn't mind. My room was on the end of the building, could have been the reason. Mini fridge and microwave is in the room. Not sure about late night check ins.

The owner was extremely rude, I had one towel and there was 2 of us so i had to ring the bell outside for 15 minutes in the rain at 7 pm and asked for a towel, she told me come back in the morning no. So i said “oh other hotels have service all night i didn’t know this was different i’m sorry” and she said “oh we do have it all night” so she just didn’t wanna do it. I had something on my pillow, i asked for a new one and i had to fight tooth and nail for one at all. Ended up driving all the way to Meijers in Ohio in the middle of the night to get one which i believe should’ve been included in service. After 5 pm she claimed no service and any questions or concerns you have to wait till the morning. Online it says check out is 11AM and she told me 9:30AM. I accidentally left my bag and noti
