Red Roof Inn & Suites Hermitage

YIKES. I usually have such a good experience at Red Roof which is why I hadn't read any reviews, but this was TRAGIC and I can't believe they're operational. The first room I was in drove me back to the desk immediately for a new one. The shower head wasn't attached, the bathroom had holes in the wall, 4 cockroaches ran when I turned on the light, and a previous guest's personal item was on the floor. They switched me to a slightly less horrific room (no holes in the walls and no bugs) but if I hadn't been driving all day and exhausted, I would have gone to one of the other hotels across the street. I pulled down the sheets and there were particles of random gross in them - like they had been dropped on the floor before going on the bed. One of the fitted sheets was threadbare - "why are

Absolutely DISGUSTING! Between the stains on the walls, the sheets, the floors, and the showers, the left over dog food on the floor, the MOLD, and torn up bathroom DO NOT COMMEND. There was a smell immediately when you walk into the lobby and an unbearable smell in the room. There were bugs in the air conditioner and pieces of random trash that the previous people left on the floor. The bed was not washed and clearly has been left from the previous people. Do not waste your time or money.

Positive: The roof was good and did not leak. Negative: Where do I begin...Staff was never at the front desk, walls paper thin, very noisy hotel, my neighbors in the next room would fight, hit and use curse words and play their TV 24 a day for days, the hotel smelled bad, my towel in the bathroom was dirty.

Yes the rooms r not updated n have no coffee pot nor fridge but the customer service is wonderful he goes above n beyond 2 help with anything even got us a microwave does need updated but also it's very clean I definitely will come back. The front desk is amazing 😍

The worst room. Cigarette burns, walls covered in stains, stained mattress, faucets/toilets loose in moorings, everything was damaged in some way. I slept in my car sleeping bag in my clothes because I couldn't bring myself to touch too much. I was desperate, but I won't be desperate enough to stop here again. Only positive was the room was quiet, and the staff seemed friendly.
