Royal Garden Resort

We rented unit 207 through AirBnB, but because of construction work we got a partial refund. The trip was canceled on the site, so at this time we are unable to leave a review for the three nights ( thank goodness Sunday was one of the days so we were spared the construction work that day) that we had to stay, waiting on the refund and finding new accommodations. We rented the unit for a month, but it turns out that major construction work is being done on the balconies, jackhammering from 8 to 4-5 everyday. Along with the tape and plastic covering the sliding doors and the sea view. No mention of the ongoing work or potential was mentioned in the listing. So if you are planning to rent at this location anytime soon ( looks like work will continue through April 2026) don’t! As far as the b

Royal Garden Resort is NOT a hotel. Each unit is privately owned, furnished and decorated. However, many are vacation rentals. Recommended vacation realty companies include: Dunes Realty and Garden City Realty.

I rented the unit through AIRBNB, unit was nice , clean and with all necessary equipment to cook , clean and be good for the entire week. Elevators are old and one stop working multiple times during the week. Parking lot with plenty room and multiple levels. Restaurant offers decent wings and quick bites for a reasonable price. Cocktails are not good at all but worth the price. Building needs many updates , looks are not the greatest however the pool area and directly access to the beach make this place so much better.

First let’s start with the parking garage. Straight up cluster. The antenna of my husbands car scraped the top. There is no two way for ramps for entrance and exiting. Another car comes. Oh well better figure it out. Packed in like sardines. Second. The room temp never got below 71. Blazing hot in the room. Third, the showers hot water lasted 15 minutes. Not ideal for 6 people who need to bathe. Fourth for the love of god please get some new sleeping mattresses. It was so bad someone got a sleeping bag and slept in the kitchen floor. The couch bed the springs kept poking in back. Just ditch it already. Last day there as we were about to leave. We woke up and part of the ceiling had fallen and was wet. Needless to say we got the heck out of dodge and will never come back. This building need

great place seated right on the beachfront. well kept , very clean. great bar on the ground floor with great food at a great price . all rooms will have their own character to them , all owned by different people . im sure any room you get will be worth your time and money for your stay. the one and only issue there is the parking lot is not quite enough for the amount of rooms available. it is about 1 floor shy in my opinion to be able to accommodate.
