Rotex Western Inn

The place is old but you can tell they tried to renovate it. There was no room decore. Out room view was literally thw side of another building. The had a really nice courtyard but didnt allow any smoking which was a a major hit, can't smoke anywhere on the property. The d9nt have much parking either so if you happen to get there late and there's parking you have just find parking somewhere else if you can. The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. Overall for the price I guess its ok.

The location is reasonable with very convenient Parking and the parking is monitored.||The receptionists were okay enough to deal with.||The lobby area and corridor walls to the rooms need to be repainted as look dirty.||The communal / terrace / patio table and chairs area is in the middle of the building with the room doors facing on to this.||Can the Management please put table and chair covers over the table and chairs after 10 pm ( have a 10pm Curfew outside the rooms ). When we arrived there was a group of people having wine sat around the table. This just felt really weird considering they were sat outside our door and were chatting loudly until after midnight. Not nice when you have to get up early too.||The above gave this place a hostel feel with less privacy.||The little greener

Rotex Western Inn was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making you feel at home right away. A special thank you to Chris, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional—his great attitude truly made a difference in my stay. Excellent service and a pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience. Avoid this place. The hotel is located in a very bad and unsafe area. Parking is extremely limited, and the staff clearly do not care at all if guests can’t find a spot. On top of that, the reception staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Zero customer service. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had, and I will never stay at this hotel again.
