Rose City Inn and Suites

I don't understand how people could be conditioned to think that this is an acceptable place to have to pay for a room. I reserved A room about a month early from my trip. I reserved a huge suite with two beds after checking in and going into my room I flipped back both covers on the beds to check and found human hair all over the sheets as if someone just kind of tidied up the beds and didn't change the sheets I found crumbs on the sides of the beds on the floor and the mirror in my room had spots all over it that could have been cleaned off because I flicked water on the mirror and took a tissue and they wiped right off. I was really unhappy so I went back to the front desk and asked if I could have a properly cleaned room and he gave me another room free of cost that was more up to my s

I showed up at 1am and was still able to check-in, so big props to the guy working the counter. The rooms have everything you need. A few cons: walls are pretty thin and I was next to a smoking room which bled into mine.

Very good room at an affordable price. Most motels are sooo expensive these days with the bare minimum e.g no fridge or microwave. This room had all that plus a little living room/dinning room area. I would most definitely come back.

The Manager was very friendly and kind, we stayed for one night, our room was huge and quite clean. The tradeoff for such a good price was lack of soundproofing. Our temporary neighbors left for the bars (we assume) at about 10 pm, and left their tv on for the whole night. I put our luggage in front of the crack of the door between our rooms. When our temporary neighbors returned at 3 am, I could hear every word they were saying. This was quite frustrating for us since my daughter had a soccer game the next day and she woke up too, although this probably won’t happen to all that stay at This hotel, it would really have made our stay much better if we weren’t up till five am listening to them cracking cans.
