Milwaukie MH & RV Park

Great park, awesome core neighbors, super attentive park manager. I’m so impressed with Debbie. All her hard work to choose good residents has created an oasis for us. It’s such a relief to come home and know people are looking out for each other.

My husband and I have lived here four months now, and we are very happy. Management (Miss Debbie), neighbors, proximity to stores, bank, gas stations, restaurants are all exceptional! The grounds are pleasant and clean as well!

I have lived at this small RV park for a year now and we LOVE it. As soon as you enter the park off busy McLoughlin it’s like you’re in a different place entirely. The park is clean and quiet. It’s a long-term park and some of the residents have been here 30 years! We want to each other and it’s not unusual to find a group of us standing around laughing. It’s the kind of place you can borrow a cup of sugar from your neighbor.We are pet friendly and we love kids! Every space has its own little yard/garden area and people take pride in making their space look nice. We are a diverse community and tolerate all kids of people with all kids of different backgrounds. There’s also a small gym/weight room, laundry facilities, and men and women’s shower facilities. I love living here. It's very clean and safe. The manager has been wonderful.
