DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrendous service. The room smelled like cigarettes. When we requested a different room or refund, we were met with hostility from staff. We were told there would be a refund for our second day of the trip, but were refused a refund for the current day. They told us we had stayed too long (less than 6 hours, most of which we were out of the room). We had thought the smell might be bearable until we laid in the bed and realized it smelled even worse than the room. They even admitted to us that a maid must’ve missed the smell. At that point, we left without even having slept in the room. I travelled 3 hours to get here and had to go home. Rented a room so we could take our kids swimming for the day for something fun to do in this cold weather. We didn’t even go to the room since we live down the street. We got there and the pool was 60 degrees. My husband inquired and the front desk manager told us it’s not heated but it would be room temperature, and I explained that it was 60 degrees. They did not care. I called the front desk and tried to see if there was anything they could do. The man yelled at us that we had checked in early. I explained that I had called the night before to see what time it would be ok to come by since we just paid for a room to swim in the pool. They told me 1 pm. So I came at 1. I explained again that the pool was freezing, and he was screaming at me that it was cold outside and what were they supp

Great location easy access from the highway, safe, very accommodating staff, great value, beautiful, pool, and hot tub. The grounds on kept well. Very large room. We brought our bicycles to ride the zoom Smith trail. And our bicycles all forfeit in the room.

Positive: "" Negative: The staff was arrogant. Our key did not work and his reply was, "Impossible"! After following us to our room and seeing that there was a problem, no apology. The room smelled musty, did not look like photo. Bathroom was tiny. Bed blanket had a hole in it.

I don’t typically write reviews, but there was black mold all over the curtains from the air conditioner blowing on them. The curtains were actively tucked into the window’s handle before we had gotten there, almost like someone was trying to hide the mold. I also suspect that other rooms have the same mold issue if they have the same layout. Fr, a health code issue to the highest degree. The room itself was fine, decent bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. Worth noting that they’re advertised as queen-sized beds but are full-sized.
