Cocca's Motel

This is by far the worst I’ve ever been in. This is where the department of social services placed me while I’m on temporary assistance. For two days now there has been no power no heat and no water. Finally, I was able to find that I had one outlet that worked in my room. When I called the owner, he tried to just brush me off and gave me off the phone. He tried to hang up on me really quick before he explained anything. He told me “that this was out of his hands “and I asked him how was it out of your hands when you own the place? This is a human race violation for sure and also a welfare violation too. I would File a complaint online against him and his company because this is Ludacris.

Family own place. It's quiet place. Not the best looking, but comfortable and clean. The manager said if there was any problems with the room I can tell him and he will fix immediately. ||Seemed like nice people. I didn't have problems. Just slept and was out after my car was fixed.

130 a night. You know its a dump but when your on the lamb it's no choice. Opened the door and was greeted to a racoon in the shower. Next they gi e me a new room and the ultimate killjoy was 2 45 am while sleeping a 3 ft by 4ft piece of sheetrock falls from the ceiling right on my face and chest. After 2 stitches at hospital come back to have owner pay bill I get hot scalding coffee thrown in my face. They claimed I jumped in the bed.now I'm a pizza faced guy for life

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed.we were on the motorcycle and caught in the rain. No where else but here was close. Charged $150 For one night in a room not worth $50. Smelled of smoke, bathroom smelled of septic. Don't stay here no matter what...drive to next exit to find one. It's better to sleep in your car. This place should be condemned!

If you value your life, your health and your money don't stay here! Booked for a birthday bash at Saratoga and this was the only place available for miles. We got in to find the manager aka Jabba the Hutt (for those of you unfamiliar to the reference Jabba the Hutt is a fictional character appearing in George Lucas' Star Wars. He is depicted as a large, slug-like alien) and he was screaming at us for arriving at 8:30 pm about to book us as "No Shows" and take our money without giving us a room. After 20 minutes of bickering he finally gave us a key and we went to our Cell--I cannot call it a room. The door was practically off its hinges, it smelled dank and when we fumbled for the lights, and managed to switch it on, a herd of cockroaches ran scrambling for cover---YUK! The light fix
