Rolling Hills Lodge

The owners Mark and Sue are fantastic hosts, generous and gracious. The rooms were clean and spacious. We booked the larger room with two king size beds. Breakfast was cooked while you wait each morning, so fresh and hot. Location is central and within walking distance of several stores. Highly recommend staying.

Fantastic hotel. The stay was very cozy with great accessibility and views. Very affordable and great staff too. I had left my airpods in the hotel and the staff (Mark) was so generous to send it back to my address. Really impressed with the level of service. Highly recommend.

This place was awesome and the staff was great! The breakfast was very good! Fresh and hot! The view amazing! Front row seat to Mountain View. Located in the heart of Cherokee, NC. Shops and dinning all around in walking distance. Lovely and nice little quaint motel. Thank you for the hospitality and stay!

Run, felt threatened by owner. He does not accept even the kindest of concern/complaints. Bedding had stains, hidden if you don't pay attention. Smelled old, which I guess that's why windows are open. Things are done, but on surface.Basically he comes off like a ticking time bomb, whether his attitude triggers someone staying or him. I really thought I was going to have to defend myself. Very sad. You best not have a complaint as a customer. Could be very nice with a revamp/refresh. I was misled by the review score. Owner was very pleasant over the phone, but changed like day and night. Eerie

From check in to check out our stay here was excellent. The owner and his wife were very sweet. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. You can walk to just about everything in the heart of Cherokee. I loved the rocking chairs on the front. We watched the sunrise over the Smokies as we drank our coffee each morning. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was open so you can get a great morning breeze.
