The campground was crowded, many campers were not well maintained. 2 lots had junk piled up on them. I looked at buying but no. They did have a pool and bar on site .

Beautiful park. Quiet and friendly. Most are long term spaces. The spaces are tight. Close to the beach and nice view of rhe intercoastal water.

Really awesome little campground area with a lot of great amenities. Affordable POA fees, reasonable lot prices, lots of cute campers for sale. LOVE coming here to spend time with the family.

We recently stayed at a campground that, while visually nice, seems to cater more to older adults and is not particularly welcoming toward families with children. I have three children—ages 15, 13, and 5—who are well-behaved and respectful. However, from the start, we felt out of place due to the attitudes of some long-term residents. One older woman approached us at the bar and asked how we rented our camper. I told her it was through Airbnb. She responded by saying they were trying to do away with that and added that the person I rented from didn’t own property in the campground. She also mentioned her brother was the president and she could have anyone removed with a phone call. That alone made us feel very unwelcome. She also told us they were working to ban children on bicycles. Ano
