Waited for over 30 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk so we could finalize our check in. As we had already booked and paid for our room online. There was only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper on the roll without any additional toilet paper available in the room and it was a 2 Queen bed suite. They charge you $25.00, if you use more than one waste basket, even though there were 2 wastebaskets in the suite. We didn't order or bring in any food or extras that would add to any additional garbage. They charge you $25.00 if you leave a dirty towel. I understand make-up, or any grease other than normal usage of a towel but the towels were stained to begin with. My suggestion would be to take pictures of everything when you enter your room. They do make you aware of charging you $25.00
Was OK, but nothing to write home about. Left clean towels every day but never made our bed. First room that they were going to put us in was across the highway from the main office. That room had no furniture other than a bed and TV plus we needed to go up a step to even get into the motel. We told them that was not acceptable. They did provide us with a room adjoining the main motel. We stayed only 3 nights instead of 4. They deducted the total by 1 night. That was good
The staff was wonderful. All those we encountered were committed to making sure we enjoyed our stay. The bed was also the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel. And though the hotel was on a main street, and we were right next to both the indoor pool and the outdoor patio area, noise was never an issue. We enjoyed a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were quick and satisfying. Overall, an excellent establishment.
Would not recommend this hotel. Our room was detached from the hotel in what was a separate building containing 2 rooms. The room smelled like smoke and the floor was filthy with sandy pebbles. The bedsheets had a red stain between the pillows. Not sure what it was. The chairs upholstery was stained with dirty brown spots on both arms as if handled by very dirty hands and something was spilled down the front of the chair leaving more stains. We didn’t sit in it. The bathroom door wouldn’t close because it was warped. The white towels also had a couple stains and the shower had a very slow stream of water. When going for breakfast in the morning the carpet inside the door was very stained and dirty. We only stayed there because all other hotels in the area were booked full.
Was up there for a weekend of fishing they were very accommodating rooms were inexpensive and comfortable and all we needed was a place to sleep and shower. The football game we wanted to watch we were able to in the common room and they were very accommodating to allow us to do that
